Five Year Limited Warranty
Rojahn Company takes great care in the craftsmanship and selection of materials that goes into each cabinet that we make. Accordingly, we offer the following warranty:
Except as described below, we warrant our products against defects in material or workmanship to the original purchaser for as long as you own the products and they remain at the original site.
Rojahn Company will repair or replace, as we may determine, any such defective part or parts which may prove defective under normal home use. This warranty does not cover cabinets which are misused, abused, mishandled, improperly installed, improperly stored, changed, modified or are subjected to extreme temperatures or extreme moisture levels. This warranty is not valid for products used for any purpose other than the purpose for which they were originally intended.
This warranty does not cover the cost of installation, removal, subsequent damage or transportation of the defective part, regardless of whether the work was performed by a contractor, service company or you. In addition, electrical and plumbing expenses incurred during replacement of defective materials are not covered by this warranty.
Variations of color and grain pattern are a natural characteristic of wood. Color changes also may result from exposure to light and other elements, which are a part of the aging process. These material variations and changes are not covered by this warranty. This warranty does not apply to painted finishes.
